Panda Clerks was started in 1989 in
response to a demand for a bookkeeping service geared to the individual
needs of several small businesses. They were all varied in the
products or services they offered but each required someone to maintain accounts records and
produce statutory returns.
Some of these businesses processed enough
sales to require weekly maintenance visits whilst others only required updating
once a month. There were some whose owners chose to have quarterly
updates in line with their VAT returns. One thing they had in common
was that they did not have sufficient office work to warrant taking on an
employee but the owners did not want to come home from work to be confronted
with an pile of papers requiring their attention. We are flexible
enough to ensure that you only pay for what you need and there are no wasted
hours. When the work is done, we're done.
Our staff members have a relevant bookkeeping/accounts
qualification and a commitment to putting the customer first. It's our
job to make sure you can stop worrying about deadlines and concentrate on
keeping your customers happy.
We tailor our service to suit your
requirements. We can work at the business itself where appropriate or,
for those businesses without suitable premises, we collect the paperwork and
process it at our office. Our business is to free you from paperwork
